Daxxify, Jeuveau, Xeomin, and Dysport are all FDA-approved neuromodulators used to relax targeted facial muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines, forehead lines, and crow’s feet.

DAXXIFY® (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) is a
long-lasting injectable neuromodulator primarily used to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines (glabellar lines) in adults. It is also FDA-approved to treat cervical dystonia, a medical condition characterized by painful neck spasms and involuntary head tilting. 
Key Uses and Applications

• Frown Lines (The "11s"): Its primary cosmetic use is smoothing the vertical lines between the eyebrows.
• Off-Label Cosmetic Areas: Experienced injectors often use it in other facial areas similar to Botox, such as:
• Horizontal forehead lines.
• Crow's feet around the eyes.
• "Bunny lines" on the nose and vertical lip lines.
• Non-surgical brow lifts or jawline slimming (masseter injections).
• Medical Conditions (Off-Label): Beyond neck spasms, some providers may use it for conditions like excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), chronic migraines, and jaw clenching (TMJ). 

What Makes It Different?
DAXXIFY is the first and only neuromodulator stabilized with a synthetic peptide instead of human or animal-based proteins. This "Peptide Exchange Technology" contributes to two main advantages: 

1. Extended Longevity: While traditional options like Botox typically last 3–4 months, DAXXIFY results often last 6 months on average, and up to 9 months for some patients.
2. Faster Onset: Improvements can often be seen within 1–2 days, compared to the 5–7 days common with other treatments.
3. Vegan-Friendly: Because it contains no human serum albumin or animal byproducts, it is frequently marketed  as a vegan option.

Jeuveau®
(prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) is a prescription injectable medicine used to temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) in adults. 
Often nicknamed "Newtox," it is a neuromodulator similar to Botox® Cosmetic but is the first of its kind designed exclusively for aesthetic use. It works by blocking nerve signals to the targeted muscles, preventing the contractions that cause
wrinkles to form. 

While its primary FDA-approved use is for frown lines, skilled practitioners often use it "off-label" to treat other areas: 

• Frown Lines (The "11s"): Smoothing the vertical lines between the brows.
• Crow's Feet: Softening fine lines at the outer corners of the eyes.
• Forehead Lines: Reducing horizontal creases caused by raising the eyebrows.
• Lip Flip: Creating the appearance of fuller lips by injecting just above the upper lip.
• Bunny Lines: Minimizing diagonal wrinkles on the bridge of the nose.
• Jawline Slimming: Relaxing masseter muscles to create a more contoured facial shape.

• Manufacturing: Jeuveau uses a proprietary Hi-Pure™ technology purification process, which is designed to enhance product purity.
• Cost: It is often marketed as a more cost-effective alternative, frequently priced lower per unit than Botox.

Xeomin® (incobotulinumtoxinA) is
an FDA-approved, injectable neurotoxin used to temporarily smooth moderate to severe wrinkles, such as frown lines, by relaxing facial muscles. Known as a "naked" neurotoxin, it contains only the active ingredient (botulinum toxin type A) without accessory proteins, reducing the risk of immune resistance. 
How It Works

• Mechanism: Xeomin blocks the release of chemicals that cause muscle contractions. By injecting it into specific facial muscles, it prevents the nerve signals that cause movement, allowing the skin to smooth out and reducing dynamic wrinkles.
• Treatment Areas: Primarily used for glabellar (frown) lines between the eyebrows, it is also effective for forehead lines, crow's feet, bunny lines, and neck bands.
• Procedure & Results: The in-office treatment takes 10–20 minutes. Results typically appear within 3 to 7 days, with full effects visible around 14 days, lasting roughly 3 to 4 months.
• Key Differences: Because it is highly purified (no added proteins), some patients may experience a lower risk of allergic reactions and a potential reduction in long-term resistance compared to other toxin treatments. 

Dysport®
is a prescription injection, specifically a neuro-muscular blocker
(AbobotulinumtoxinA), that treats moderate-to-severe frown lines between the eyebrows by relaxing facial muscles. It acts as a fast-acting, non-surgical treatment that temporarily improves the appearance of dynamic wrinkles within 3-7 days, with results lasting three to four months. 
What Exactly is Dysport?

• Mechanism: It works by blocking nerve impulses, preventing the muscles from contracting and creating wrinkles, which helps the skin smooth out.
• Targeted Area: While similar to Botox, Dysport is often used for the glabella (frown lines between brows) and is known for its ability to spread, making it useful for larger areas.
• Components: It is made from a purified botulinum toxin type A. 

How Can It Help You?

• Smoother Skin: It reduces "dynamic" wrinkles caused by smiling, frowning, or squinting.
