Hi. My name is Christopher Prost
CP Business Analysis LLC doing business as CP Computer Solutions is currently a sole proprietorship. The name change is to focus more on what I love that is to provide IT solutions helping others as opposed to a generic any process analyst.
I have 30 years’ experience working at Chrysler Corp and its partners at various times Daimler and FIAT Group. In the 30 years, I have supported a wide range of increasing responsibility IT roles such from programming, PC and UNIX workstation administration, global network architecture, and leading global teams as a business analyst developing a wide range of complete hardware and software solutions. I am a Microsoft Partner; I have the full worldwide support of Microsoft behind me. I am a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP),
a Six Sigma Black Belt, and have a Masters’ Certificate in Project Management.

Customer Relationship Management
At CP Computer Solutions, it is understood the technical understanding and the ability to provide a solution is only a small part of the total solution. Knowing the people and being an excellent communicator are the highest priority.
We also understand problems occur at the worst possible time and the information infrastructure is an implicit part of your processes and new solutions.
Therefore, it is imperative the IT solution provider must understand and be prepared for problems when they occur and be able to resolve them. In addition, when there is new development, it takes time to acquire resources for infrastructure and development. The IT solution provider must be involved from the start.
How We do Business
We provide long term customer relationships. It is like having a lawyer on a retainer. We like to target about 100 customers per analyst. If there are not 100 end users at a single customer site, the analyst will support multiple sites.
